Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of BI/analytics or data science experience.
• 3+ years building BI reports in Hex or Mode.
• 3+ years SQL experience.
• Experience building statistical or predictive models.
• Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong communication and data storytelling.
• Self-starter with proactive problem-solving.

Aufgaben

• Investigate channel performance proactively and surface opportunities without tickets.
• Delve into attribution and data layers to diagnose discrepancies and validate vendors.
• Build models (response/lift, allocation, simple regressions) to inform offline decisions.
• Support scaling direct mail testing with data pulls and dashboards for list optimization.
• Develop dashboards and frameworks to monitor KPIs for stakeholders.
• Communicate findings to channel managers to drive action.
