Lead the technical direction for ads retrieval modeling, driving multi-year roadmap and shipping candidate-generation and retrieval models across Reddit surfaces.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience building and shipping applied ML products.
• Deep experience with information retrieval, recommender systems, and deep learning models.
• Strong command of experimental design and model evaluation.
• Partner with ranking, auction, measurement, and product teams to ensure retrieval models integrate effectively.
• Mentor ML engineers and raise the quality bar for modeling, testing, and production ownership.
