Job summary

Chick-fil-A, Inc. is seeking a Project Lead, Staff Learning Infrastructure in the United States to design and optimize systems that support scalable learning delivery, capacity tracking, and operational health.

The role requires autonomy and cross-functional collaboration across Strategy, Design, and Delivery teams. The position focuses on designing tools and templates to standardize program delivery, improve visibility into workloads, and enhance overall efficiency within a growing Staff

Qualifications

• Experience in learning operations, project coordination, or program management.
• Knowledge of learning delivery processes, capacity planning, and workflow optimization.
• Proficiency with project and knowledge management tools (e.g., SharePoint, MS Suite).
• Ability to design scalable tools, templates, and operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational coordination across Staff Learning programs to ensure scalable delivery.
• Design and manage systems that track capacity, workload, and resource allocation.
• Consult on workflow design and logistics planning for learning programs.
• Build and maintain tools and infrastructure that standardize program delivery.
• Partner with Strategy, Design, and Delivery teams to align infrastructure with learner needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance agility and reduce inefficiencies.
• Coordinate between Staff Learning, Operations, and Strategy & Transformation for cohesive delivery.
• Monitor and report on operational health metrics across the learning ecosystem.
• Manage third-party logistics vendor relationships including contract negotiation and SLAs.
