Chick-fil-A, Inc. seeks a Project Lead, Staff Learning Infrastructure to design and optimize systems that support scalable learning delivery, capacity tracking, and operational health.
You will own infrastructure processes bridging Strategy, Design, and Delivery teams to ensure consistency and alignment. This role requires strong systems thinking, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive continuous improvement as the Staff Learning function grows in complexity.

The Project Lead, Staff Learning Infrastructure plays a critical role in enabling scalable, effective delivery operations across the Staff Learning workstream. This role is responsible for designing and optimizing systems that support coordinated learning delivery, capacity tracking, and operational health. It operates with a high degree of autonomy, owning infrastructure processes that bridge Strategy, Design, and Delivery teams to ensure consistency and alignment. As the Staff Learning function grows in complexity, this role serves as both a strategic partner and operational leader, consulting on workflows, improving visibility into team workload, and building tools that enable continuous improvement. The role requires strong systems thinking, stakeholder management, and a deep focus on scalability and effectiveness as Staff Learning operations continue to evolve.
