CVS Health is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer - Java to lead the design and modernization of enterprise-scale healthcare platforms. You will mentor engineers, drive architecture decisions, and deliver scalable, secure applications for millions of customers.

You will shape API development, cloud-native strategies, and collaboration with Product, Architecture, Security, Operations, and Engineering teams to improve healthcare experiences for members, providers, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise software development in large distributed environments.
• 7+ years of Java application development with modern frameworks.
• 5+ years with Java/Springboot and cloud initiatives.
• 5+ years building microservices and API design.
• 3+ years CI/CD pipeline automation experience.
• 3+ years in Agile development environments.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement scalable, reliable Java-based solutions.
• Lead architecture discussions with senior engineers and product partners.
• Mentor junior engineers and review code for quality and standards.
