Job summary

Qualcomm Incorporated is seeking a Staff IT Program Manager to lead an enterprise data transformation, including EDH platform development, data onboarding, migration, governance, and analytics capabilities. You will coordinate strategy, budgets, and delivery across global teams and executive sponsors.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
8+ years of program or project management experience leading large, global transformations.
Experience leading data platform modernization and analytics transformations.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and execution of enterprise data transformation from strategy to platform delivery.
Coordinate governance, roadmaps, budgets, dependencies, and executive reporting.
Direct delivery across internal teams, software providers, and business functions to realize business outcomes.
Partner with executives and business data owners across multiple functions to define transformation scope and priorities.
