Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience, including leadership of large, global transformations.
• Hands-on leadership of Oracle ERP and/or SAP projects across multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets, contracts, and distributed teams.
• Ability to influence executives and business process owners in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads ERP transformation lifecycle from strategy to value realization.
• Maintains an integrated roadmap across process, data, and technology areas.
• Establishes governance, decision rights, and reporting cadence for the program.
• Coordinates with finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT leaders on deployment strategy.
• Directs vendors and system integrators, managing SOWs, staffing, and delivery quality.
• Ensures benefits realization with financial and non-financial metrics.
