Procore Technologies in Austin, TX is seeking a Staff Software Engineer, iOS to join our Mobile Innovation team. You will work on cutting-edge greenfield projects, shaping the next generation of our field application platform within a global SaaS infrastructure.

You’ll lead efforts across architecture, performance, and collaboration with other engineers, mentoring teammates and delivering high-quality, low-latency iOS solutions that scale with our product and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of engineering experience and strong iOS background.
• Proficiency in Swift and native iOS architectures (MVC, MVVM, VIPER).
• Experience delivering high-quality, low-latency mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enable teams to deliver complex iOS projects quickly with high quality.
• Serve as go-to expert for technical area and architectural decisions.
• Mentor teammates through code reviews, pairing, and training.
• Drive customer-centric architectural design decisions and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers.
• Identify large technical opportunities and organize teams to address them.
