Google is seeking an experienced Staff Interaction Designer to shape agentic and autonomous document experiences within Google Docs and Workspace. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Product Management, translating insights into intuitive flows, wireframes, and prototypes.

• Drive the development of user journeys, high-fidelity mocks, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate complex agentic behaviors and clearly explain the rationale for design choices to leadership and cross-functional peers.
• Identify user needs and mental models for "AI as a collaborator," defining the end-to-end experience for Agentic Docs and ensuring these components integrate seamlessly into the broader Editors and Google Workspace ecosystem.
• Contribute to product strategy by staying ahead of market trends in LLMs and agentic workflows.
• Hold a high bar for design craft, ensuring that even the most complex AI-driven features feel intuitive and deliver outcomes for the product portfolio.
