Shieldai, located in Dallas, Texas, is seeking a Staff Integration Advance Manufacturing Engineer to lead integration activities for complex aerospace and defense platforms. The ideal candidate will have multidisciplinary manufacturing experience and drive integration of multiple systems into operational vehicles.

Responsibilities include leading manufacturing activities, optimizing processes, and coordinating builds. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 7+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or systems integration is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering or systems integration experience.
• Experience in prototype manufacturing in a startup or rapid‑growth environment.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing integration activities across systems.
• Develop and optimize final assembly and integration processes.
• Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, and test engineering teams.
