Job summary

HappyGlobal Service seeks a US-based Site Reliability Engineer to own Kubernetes platform stability, observability, and IaC-driven infrastructure. You will implement DevSecOps practices, lead incident response, and ensure compliance with California labor standards.

This role is on-site in Santa Clara, CA, with on-call rotation and strong ownership of production reliability. Candidates should have 3+ years in SRE/DevOps, deep Linux and cloud experience, and proficiency with Terraform and

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience in systems operations, SRE, or DevOps roles.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communications, Information Security or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency with Linux, TCP/IP networking, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
On-site work in Santa Clara, CA with on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

Deliver and maintain cloud infrastructure including compute, network, and storage resources.
Maintain Kubernetes stability, lead Tier 2 incident handling and RCA, and participate in on-call rotation.
Optimize observability systems and define SLIs/SLOs for platform reliability.
Implement DevSecOps practices and local security policies for the US environment, governance.
Manage infrastructure following IaC (Terraform) standards.
