Job summary

Maxinsights is seeking a Staff Infrastructure Engineer to optimize end-to-end production workflows from a business perspective. You will identify bottlenecks, drive cross-team changes, and improve delivery efficiency.

You will work with product, data, research, and operations teams to implement practical, scalable infrastructure improvements and establish measurable gains in lead time and cost.

• Strong software engineering and architecture fundamentals.
• Exceptional cross-team communication and leadership; build consensus without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Map the production workflow from business demand through data processing to delivery; identify delays and gaps.
• Prioritize improvements by impact, effort, and dependencies; align teams on outcomes and milestones.
• Lead changes across infrastructure, services, tooling, and practices with product, data, and operations teams.
• Establish baselines for delivery lead time, throughput, quality, and unit cost; turn gains into reusable capabilities.
