Job summary

Rithum is seeking a security engineer at the intersection of AI adoption and information security. You will build guardrails and automated tooling to secure AI usage across operations.

You will bridge architectural intent with practical feasibility, implement policy-as-code controls, and automate security workflows with AI-assisted agents and human-in-the-loop approvals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security engineering with AI/ML security depth.
• Hands-on expertise with identity, cloud security, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with OWASP, threat modeling, and SOC 2/ISO 27001 frameworks.
