Job summary

Rithum is seeking a Staff Information Security Engineer to define guardrails for AI-powered products and build automated security tooling. You will design AI-first security controls, integrate security into development workflows, and collaborate with Platform Engineering, IT, and external auditors.

This role emphasizes building infrastructure-as-code, threat modelling, and proactive risk management while enabling fast, secure delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in security engineering with AI/ML security depth (prompt injection, model supply chain).
• Hands-on with AI tools and LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain).
• Identity and access management across cloud environments, including non-human identities.

Responsibilities

• Bridge architectural intent and operational reality; mediate security vs feasible implementation.
• Codify preventive security controls across cloud environments as policy-as-code.
• Enforce identity and access controls for AI systems and non-human identities.
