MANTECH in Chantilly, VA seeks a Staff Information Security Analyst to join a Tier 1 IAM program focused on Cyber Security. You will support government operations, manage access, credentialing, and PKI, while delivering customer-service oriented IT support.

This role requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph, a 2+ year track record in IT service, and hands-on experience with DEERS/PII handling. On-site work with occasional off-shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years IT customer service experience.
• Understanding of PKI concepts.
• Experience handling PII information and data.
• Familiarity with MS Word, Excel and SharePoint.

• Resolve ServiceNow and JIRA tickets related to access and credentialing.

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Staff Information Security Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA. This position is part of a TIER 1 Identity and Access Management program dealing with Cyber Security issues.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Support a team at a government location to provide DEERS PII changes, CAC, Token, Retired Military ID issuance, PIN reset, and Helpdesk support
• Support Identity, Access, and Credentialing issues within a customer service environment
• Resolve ServiceNow and JIRA tickets related to access and credentialing issues
• Contribute to the completion of project and group milestones
• Provide input to project deliverables and reports as needed
• Contribute to solutions for a variety of complex technical problems
• Work off-shifts between the hours of 7 AM ET and 5 PM ET as required

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years of IT customer service support experience
• Understanding of PKI
• Strong troubleshooting skills to narrow down where customer issues reside
• Prior experience working with PII information and data
• Prior experience working with MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in cyber security disciplines
• Prior experience working in a DoD environment
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as JIRA and ServiceNow
• General understanding of Identity, Access, and Credentialing services

Clearance Requirements

• An active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
• Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
• Frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations, via email, phone, or virtual communication. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
