Zusammenfassung

MANTECH is seeking a Staff Information Security Analyst to support a Tier 1 Identity and Access Management program in Chantilly, VA onsite. The role centers on identity and credentialing support activities, including DEERS PII changes, CAC and Token-related assistance, troubleshooting, and resolving access and credentialing issues through ticketing workflows.

The analyst will work with ServiceNow and JIRA to track tickets, support customer-facing identity needs, and contribute to project

Qualifikationen

High School Diploma/GED required.
2+ years of IT customer service support experience.
Understanding of PKI and credentialing concepts.
Strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes.
Experience handling PII information.
Experience with MS Word, Excel and SharePoint.

Aufgaben

Support a government location team with DEERS PII changes, CAC, Token, and Retired Military ID issuance.
Provide PIN resets and Helpdesk support in a customer service environment.
Resolve ServiceNow and JIRA tickets related to access and credentialing issues.
Contribute to project milestones and deliverables.
Provide input to reports and project deliverables as needed.
Work on complex technical problems and support a Tier 1 IAM program.
Work off-shifts between 7 AM ET and 5 PM ET as required.
