ShipBob, Inc. is hiring a Staff Industrial Engineer – Supply Chain Operations to shape future flows across facilities. The role emphasizes autonomy to improve merchant experience and efficiency, with lean/six sigma expertise guiding new programs and waste elimination.

Expect 50% travel and remote work options in the U.S. state footprint. Reporting to the IE, you’ll drive process improvements, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of industrial engineering experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate current supply chain practices and identify improvements.
• Enforce quality control to reduce waste.
• Improve efficiency of fulfillment and transportation processes.
• Lead process improvement teams on floor.
• Develop CAD drawings and process flow charts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on new processes.
• Define and document SOPs for new processes.
• Track key operational metrics.
