Qualifications

• 7+ years in manufacturing operations, ideally in medical device or biotech.
• Lean certification (Green or Black Belt).
• Proficiency in SAP, CAD tools, and Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Lead process optimization and lean transformation.
• Own SAP master data and drive kaizen events.
• Work cross-functionally with production, quality, logistics, and supply chain.

Skills

Manufacturing operations experience

Lean certification (Green or Black Belt)

Proficiency in SAP

Familiarity with ISO standards

Education
