The role emphasizes lean methods, productivity improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with a global equipment platform team. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or a related field, 2–5 years of lean manufacturing exposure, and strong Excel and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of lean manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical/structural aptitude and blueprint reading knowledge.
• Excellent communications skills; practical, hands-on problem solving.
• Proficient in Excel and other analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing operations to develop and optimize processes and flow.
• Perform time studies and develop efficient layouts and material flow plans.
• Identify waste and opportunities for productivity improvements.
• Assist with cost analysis, production planning, and inventory analysis.
• Write procedures and maintain KPI standards.
