• Identify and govern complex, high-impact improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Support enterprise deployment roadmap and align practices with strategic goals.
• Conduct end-to-end process and value stream assessments; standardize best practices.
• Lead change management and engage stakeholders to drive adoption and sustain results.
