In this role, you will be building the next generation of AI hardware and the software that brings it to life. You will have the opportunity to make a Google level impact on the future of AI. You will contribute to all parts of the software stack. You will also work on a complex and vertically integrated system, from the operating system and drivers to the application layer.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a specialized field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP, etc.), or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience working in hardware systems design, or 5 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 3 years of experience in technical leadership.
  • Experience with power circuit design and signal integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or a related field (e.g., Optics, Sensors, Audio/DSP).
  • 10 years of experience with hardware, design and bring-up.
  • 3 years of experience in technical leadership or management.
  • Experience in PCIe, Double Data Rate (DDR), Ethernet, Universal Serial Bus (USB), Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) etc.
Responsibilities
  • Drive system development from concept through production.
  • Lead debug and root cause analysis of deployed systems.
  • Lead the bring up, validation, New Product Introduction (NPI), deployment, and sustaining of hardware solutions.
  • Balance hardware performance priorities against power, cost, and cross-functional considerations. Be responsible for meeting hardware product performance and regulatory specifications, if applicable.
