Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's; 4+ years with a Master; 2+ years with a Ph.D.
• 6+ years in GPU architecture, design, or development with focus on high-performance, low-power designs.
• Strong knowledge of memory hierarchies, bandwidth allocation, and on-chip interconnect.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture studies and micro-architecture development for GPU memory hierarchies and high-bandwidth interfaces.
• Define and champion innovative features for memory subsystems and interconnects to optimize PPA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure memory blocks fit into the SoC.
• Build and maintain performance models; run architectural trade-studies for AI/graphics workloads.
• Create roadmaps, design specs, and validation plans based on data-driven analysis.
