Job summary

Samsung Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Staff GPU Architect – Machine Learning to drive ML-enabled features in mobile GPUs. You will influence architectures across hardware, software, and research teams, optimizing performance, power, and scalability for AI workloads.

You will lead architectural decisions, analyze ML workloads, and translate insights into production-ready GPU designs while navigating a fast-paced, global team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of machine learning principles and architectures.
• Knowledge of computer vision algorithms, AR/VR, and Ray Tracing.
• Knowledge of computer architectures and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of ML-enabled GPU features for mobile GPUs.
• Collaborate across hardware, software, and research teams to define GPU features for AI workloads.
• Analyze workloads and model bottlenecks to guide architectural trade-offs for PPA.
