Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Staff Global Supply Manager to oversee global sourcing for vehicle systems, including software and ADAS. You will build strategic supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost competitiveness while maintaining quality and compliance.

The role requires deep experience in procurement for electronics, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex supplier networks across multiple programs. Domestic travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or Finance; Masters preferred.
• Experience with electronics purchasing or vehicle software is preferred.
• Strong contract development experience including GT C’s, MSAs, ESOWs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic suppliers for Vehicle Software (infotainment, ADAS, Connectivity).
• Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers to ensure innovation and reliable supply.
• Lead contract negotiations including pricing, terms, deliverables, and penalties.
• Monitor supplier performance, costs, and market trends to maintain competitiveness.
• Coordinate with legal and procurement to finalize contracts and agreements.
• Provide transparent updates on supplier performance and program timelines.
• Travel 15–25% to supplier sites for reviews and assessments.
