Job summary

Fugro is seeking a Staff Geophysicist in the United States (Georgia) to collect geophysical data and maintain field logging on client sites. The role requires rigorous attention to detail and strong teamwork with colleagues, clients, and third parties.

You will assist in data processing, quality control, and preparation of deliverables while utilizing GPR, EM, electrical resistivity, magnetics, and related technologies. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geophysics, Geology or Geosciences.
• Field experience collecting data with geophysical methods (GPR, EM, seismic, resistivity).
• Proficient with geophysical data collection and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to uphold quality and safety values on client sites.
• Support collection of high-quality geophysical data per project specs.
• Operate geophysical instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
