Backed by top-tier investors, they’ve seen rapid growth and have a waitlist of hundreds of clinicians eager to join the platform.

The Role:

This is a high-impact opportunity to join as the second engineering hire and help shape the product and technical foundation from the ground up. You’ll work alongside a strong founding team and a senior fullstack engineer to design, build, and ship features that power the clinician and patient experience. If you’re a product-minded engineer who loves owning problems end-to-end and building tools that truly matter, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and scale end-to-end features across the stack using Node.js and React.
• Collaborate with the founding team to shape product direction and own feature development from design to deployment.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and lay the groundwork for future hires.
• Create elegant, simple solutions to complex operational workflows in healthcare.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively improve system performance and reliability.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven ability to design, ship, and maintain production-grade software independently.
• Strong product intuition and comfort working in ambiguous early-stage environments.
• Strong cloud experience using AWS
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative teams where ownership is key.

The Benefits:

As a Founding Fullstack Engineer, you can expect a base salary of $170,000 – $220,000 + equity, health, dental, vision and 401k.
