Slate Auto is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to build the digital backbone connecting operations, supply chain, commercial, and digital teams. You will shape the technical vision for enterprise apps, drive scalable integration, and partner with stakeholders across the business.

You will lead architecture efforts, champion API-first and event-driven patterns, and mentor engineers to elevate the organization’s technical capabilities in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering; automotive, e‑commerce, or manufacturing-adjacent background preferred.
• Hands-on React.js, microservices/serverless, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and AWS experience.
• Enterprise integration and API-first, event-driven architectures are essential.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision for enterprise applications, integration platforms, and digital capabilities.
• Architect scalable, resilient platforms with standards for security and observability.
• Drive enterprise integration across supply chain, finance, ops, and business stakeholders.
• Influence technology choices to align with enterprise architecture and security goals.
• Promote engineering quality and governance to reduce risk and accelerate delivery.
• Mentor engineers, align architecture, and strengthen technical capabilities across teams.
