Healthie, an AI-Native, ONC Certified EHR, seeks a Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack & Tech Lead to own the new Billing initiative in NYC. You’ll design and build resilient full‑stack systems (Ruby on Rails, React/TypeScript, GraphQL) and set the technical direction for core platform work.

You’ll mentor teammates, partner with Product and Design, and deliver scalable, secure healthcare payments infrastructure that supports growth and reliability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of building and shipping production systems.
• Strong expertise in Ruby, React, TypeScript, GraphQL.
• Experience designing backend services, APIs, and data models.
• Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor engineers.
