Monk is seeking a Member of Technical Staff: Full-stack to join our team in Flatiron, NYC. You will own and architect core systems including billing engines and payment integrations, and ship full-stack features end-to-end. With a strong focus on AI capabilities, you will mentor engineers and maintain high code quality.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of production-level experience shipping full-stack products.
• Deep TypeScript fluency across backend and frontend.
• Experience with modern web infrastructure tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and architect core systems including billing engines and payment integrations.
• Ship full-stack features end-to-end without handoffs.
• Set technical direction and make architectural decisions as the company scales.
• Mentor other engineers to maintain code quality standards.
