Job summary

Vendelux is seeking a Staff Software Engineer with a strong frontend focus to build the next generation of our web application and ship critical product experiences at scale.

You will own major frontend experiences end-to-end, setting frontend architecture direction and mentoring engineers, while collaborating with product, design, data, and backend teams to turn complex requirements into delightful user experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontend architecture and engineering practices.
• Strong track record shipping customer-facing web applications at scale.
• 10+ years of complex software development experience.
• Excellent collaboration with product, design, data, and backend teams.
• Experience with modern web tooling and performance best practices.
• Comfortable mentoring engineers through reviews, design discussions, and pairing.

Responsibilities

• Own major frontend experiences end-to-end from design to shipping.
• Define frontend architecture, patterns, and engineering practices.
• Drive data-driven delivery balancing velocity with long-term health.
• Mentor engineers and participate in architecture discussions.
• Collaborate across stack with APIs, data platforms, and infra teams.
