Job summary

Lendistry seeks an experienced Sr Staff Frontend Engineer to lead design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge web applications. You will drive front-end architecture, mentor peers, and ensure scalable, high-performance interfaces built with React.

You will collaborate with product and back-end teams, integrate RESTful APIs, champion quality through testing, and stay ahead with modern web technologies to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of frontend development experience with React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience architecting and building large-scale web applications.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend integration.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.

Responsibilities

• Architectural leadership: design and implement frontend architecture for complex apps with focus on scalability and performance.
• Hands-on development: build high-quality, responsive web applications using React and RESTful API integration.
• UI/UX: collaborate with designers to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces and strong user experiences.
• Testing and QA: develop unit and integration tests and implement automated testing frameworks.
• Mentorship and team development: guide junior engineers, conduct code reviews, promote learning and growth.
• Collaboration: work with product managers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to deliver features on time and high quality.
