Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 3 years of full stack development across back-end and front-end.
• 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the software engineers spanning all Room Experience teams.
• Collaborate with product and UX to determine new use cases and how to leverage devices and sensors in conference rooms.
• Partner with managers and technical leads to align team roadmap with Meet and Workspace objectives.
• Invest in the team’s growth and adoption of DevAI practices.
• Communicate complex technical details effectively to both engineering and non-engineering audiences.
