Job summary

Google is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Google Workspace based in Washington. You will guide products from conception to launch, align engineering, design, and business teams, and drive the strategy behind cloud services.

You will work on AI-enabled features, helping our tools evolve to meet user needs while scaling globally. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, collaboration across functions, and deep engagement with customers to shape roadmaps and success metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
• Experience driving product direction and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define the product direction and strategy for product areas within Google Workspace.
• Design and lead the product roadmap by managing goals and investments to scale globally.
• Engage with customers to understand their strategies, end-to-end processes, pain points, and priorities to inform product strategy.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, and internal teams to drive product and delivery success, analyze landscape and trends to drive innovation.
• Foster timely decision-making and retain an excellent team of product managers.
