• Build high-quality React/TypeScript web experiences with accessibility in mind.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, backend, platform, and data teams to translate problems into solutions.
• Set engineering standards for architecture, testing, observability, and code quality.
• Design for retail scale, prototype new tech, and assess risks early.
• Provide organization-wide technical leadership and mentorship.
• Own end-to-end delivery from discovery to production support.
