Job summary

Alldus is hiring a Staff Front End Engineer for a fast-growing crypto startup in New York. You will lead development across mobile and web apps, owning frontend projects from planning to production and delivering new features that expand the platform.

You will collaborate with engineers, shape architecture, integrate AI coding tools, and have opportunities to work with Solana or EVM ecosystems. Equity and strong compensation accompany this role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering with leadership at Staff level or above.
• Expertise in React and modern frontend tech.
• Ability to independently plan complex technical projects.
• Experience building mobile and web platforms in a small team.
• Crypto product experience, especially Solana or EVM, is a plus.
• Full-stack experience with TypeScript is a bonus.
• Experience using AI coding tools and agentic workflows is desirable.
• Personal crypto trading experience is a plus.

Our client, a fast-growing startup in the crypto trading sector, is hiring a Staff Front End Engineer to join the team in New York. The successful candidate will lead development across the company's mobile and web applications, owning frontend projects from technical planning through to production and delivering new features that expand the platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of the company's mobile application and React-based web platform.
• Create intuitive user interfaces for trading and social discovery.
• Deliver new trading experiences across order types and asset classes, including perpetuals and prediction markets.
• Build social features that enable users to discover traders and track market activity.
• Guide technical decisions to keep frontend applications maintainable and easy to extend.
• Take ownership of complex projects from technical planning through production deployment.
• Work closely with fellow engineers, contributing to TypeScript backend services where needed.
• Incorporate AI coding tools and agentic workflows into the development process.

Skillset

• At least 6 years' experience in software engineering, demonstrating technical leadership and ownership at Staff level or above.
• Strong expertise in React and modern frontend technologies.
• Ability to independently plan complex technical projects and deliver reliable production applications.
• Comfortable developing across mobile and web platforms within a small engineering team.
• Experience developing crypto products, especially within Solana or EVM ecosystems, is a plus.
• Full-stack experience, including backend development with TypeScript, is a bonus.
• Experience using AI coding tools and agentic workflows is desirable.
• Personal experience trading crypto would also be a plus.
