Ideal candidates bring 8+ years delivering production web apps with React and TypeScript, plus experience building scalable architectures, reusable components, and Zustand for state management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience delivering production web apps
• Deep proficiency in React and TypeScript
• Experience with scalable web architectures and reusable component libraries
• Strong knowledge of modern state management (Zustand)

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development and architecture for core web products
• Design modular component systems and state management architectures
• Establish shared web development practices, automated testing and CI/CD release workflows
• Mentor internal engineers and contractor teams
• Leverage GenAI and developer automation tools to optimize workflows
• Drive performance, bundle size optimization, and tooling
• Collaborate with QA and DevOps to ensure smooth releases
