Qualifications

• 4+ years of frontend web development with focus on UI/UX.
• Expertise with React, TypeScript and modern styling solutions.
• Proven track record building design systems or UI frameworks.
• Strong tooling with component-driven development and Storybook.
• Solid knowledge of web accessibility (ARIA, WCAG).
• Design fluency with tokens, typography and responsive design.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, HCI, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the Design System: scale a centralized, React-based component library.
• Bridge Design and Engineering: translate design visions into robust components.
• Empower product engineering: mentor engineers across 8+ product teams.
• Champion Accessibility (a11y): enforce WCAG across shared components.
• Ensure UI Quality and Performance: tests and optimize rendering for SPAs.
• Drive Documentation and Tooling: maintain Storybook docs and guidelines.
• Contribute to the Broader Platform: align with microfrontend architecture.
