Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Front-End Developer to build modern, high-quality user experiences for mission-critical applications. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to develop performant solutions using React, Next.js, and TypeScript while shaping the future of our platform.

You will report to the CTO and contribute to front-end architecture and technical decisions.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of professional front-end experience building modern web applications using React and Next.js.
• Strong experience in modern JavaScript and TypeScript for scalable front-end apps.
• Hands-on experience with React Context and React Query, including data fetching and async workflows.
• Experience writing and maintaining unit tests using Vitest or similar front-end testing frameworks.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across Engineering, Product, and Design in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Build and maintain high-quality user interfaces using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices.
• State & Data Management: Implement scalable state management and asynchronous data handling using React Context and React Query.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Write and maintain reliable unit tests using Vitest, ensuring the stability and performance of front-end apps.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver intuitive, accessible user experiences.
• Architecture & Scalability: Contribute to a maintainable and scalable front-end architecture through reusable components and best practices.
• Code Review & Team Collaboration: Participate in code reviews and share knowledge to foster engineering excellence.
