Job summary

Moxie is seeking a Staff Product Engineer (Frontend) to lead frontend initiatives across the organization, shaping the design system, UI tooling, and the SDLC as we rethink architecture for an agentic era. You’ll stay hands-on in product delivery on the FinOps team, collaborating with Design, Product, and engineering managers across UI-heavy domains.

In this role you’ll own non-project technical initiatives, drive CI improvements, performance, and canonical component design, and mentor teams

Qualifications

• Experience building design systems and leading frontend platform initiatives.
• Experience migrating or upgrading large React/GraphQL implementations.
• Familiarity with design tokens, theming, and component APIs.

Responsibilities

• Ramp through real product work by shipping FinOps UI improvements within 3 months.
• Shape architecture across the company and draft technical proposals to be reviewed and implemented.
• Own org-level technical initiatives and contribute to engineering culture with measurable gains.
