Job summary

Oxbridge Health is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to lead web and mobile interfaces across member and advisor portals. You will collaborate with product, design, backend, and analytics teams to deliver fast, accessible experiences that empower users to plan care and manage plans.

You will own frontend architecture, implement React-based features, and mentor engineers while improving performance, accessibility, and reliability across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production-grade web/mobile apps in consumer/healthcare.
• Expert React/React Native, TypeScript, UI patterns and state management.
• Strong GraphQL and REST API experience, caching/CDNs/databases.
• Proven end-to-end shipping of user-focused products.
• Strong performance, accessibility, responsive design, cross-device support.
• Testing discipline with Jest/RTL/Cypress/Playwright.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch high-quality web and mobile interfaces for members and portals.
• Own end-to-end: requirements, architecture, implementation, testing and monitoring.
• Create elegant React-based experiences with GraphQL/REST APIs.
• Collaborate with backend engineers on API contracts and separation of concerns.
• Lead with test-driven mindset; write unit/integration/e2e tests and automate.
• Optimize performance and Lighthouse/Core Web Vitals scores.
• Build reusable UI components and frontend infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot production issues; own dashboards and reliability.
• Mentor and hire engineers; influence engineering culture and quality.
• Contribute to product experience through design reviews and roadmaps.
