This role emphasizes usability, systems thinking, and collaboration across design, product, backend, and data teams to deliver customer-centered experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling complex modern web applications.
• Deep expertise in frontend architecture, component systems, state management, and production-quality delivery.
• Strong proficiency with AI engineering/tools to accelerate UI development and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own major areas of the frontend architecture, driving scalability and performance.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate UI development and prototyping.
• Define how AI can improve product experience and engineering workflows.
• Design and implement polished, production-ready interfaces from concepts to customer-ready products.
• Write, test, and ship high-quality frontend code with focus on accessibility and performance.
• Architect reusable UI systems and component libraries for scalable development.
• Collaborate with design, product, backend, and data teams to deliver cohesive workflows.
• Use feedback and analytics to continuously improve usability and interaction quality.
• Mentor engineers and foster a strong frontend culture of craftsmanship and speed.
