Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a frontend engineer to own key real-time trading UI systems. You will transform real-time market data into intuitive trader experiences, building responsive apps and scalable UI libraries.

Lead performance improvements, integrate REST and WebSocket streams, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines in a fast-paced fintech environment. You should have extensive React/TypeScript experience, be comfortable with latency-sensitive interfaces, and demonstrate polished

• 1–10 years frontend engineering experience.
• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, WAAPI.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and WebSocket streams; familiarity with Jest, Vitest, Cypress, and CI/CD.
• Experience building latency-sensitive, real-time interfaces (trading, gaming, casino).
• Active GitHub with recent frontend projects showing polished visuals.
• Ability to deliver production-quality code independently and use AI tools as a complement.

About the Role

Join a fintech team building a retail trading platform designed for speed, clarity, and trust. You will own key frontend systems and turn real-time market data into intuitive experiences for traders.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain responsive web applications and reusable UI libraries that are fast, accessible, and scalable.

• Create high-performance interactive charts and real-time visualizations that support trading decisions.

• Improve application speed and reliability through performance engineering and caching strategies.

• Integrate REST APIs and WebSocket streams, and manage robust client-side state.

• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, previews, testing, and rollbacks.

• Partner with design and backend engineering colleagues to ship and refine product features.

What We're Looking For

• One to ten years of professional frontend engineering experience.

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS, and WAAPI.

• Experience integrating REST APIs and WebSocket streams, with a working understanding of Jest, Vitest, Cypress, and CI/CD.

• Professional experience building latency-sensitive, real-time interfaces, such as trading, gaming, or casino products.

• Hands‑on interest in trading, such as actively trading crypto, perpetuals, or other markets, or experience building frontend products for a trading firm or exchange. General financial‑data experience alone is not sufficient.

• An active GitHub with recent coding activity and public, live frontend work demonstrating polished visual quality.

• Ability to produce production-quality code independently and use AI tools as a complement to core engineering work.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $185,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
