You will own performance, reliability, and correctness across critical flows, design scalable frontend abstractions, collaborate with backend and Solana teams, mentor others, and uphold code quality and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Staff frontend engineer with production React experience at scale.
• Experience owning large frontend systems used by real users.
• Strong knowledge of browser internals, rendering pipelines, and performance.
• Proficient with React, Next.js and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve large-scale frontend systems using React and Next.js.
• Own performance, reliability, and correctness across critical user flows.
• Design frontend abstractions and patterns that scale with team and product complexity.
• Lead complex frontend initiatives end to end, from design to rollout.
• Mentor and mentor other frontend engineers through reviews and hands-on guidance.
• Set a high bar for code quality, testing, and operational readiness.
