Job summary

ComPsych Corporation is seeking a Staff Frontend Engineer to shape frontend architecture across products, focusing on Angular + TypeScript and design systems. You will lead platform design and technical direction, partnering with Engineering, Product, and Design to raise the bar for quality.

You’ll own frontend quality, accessibility, performance, and security, set AI-native engineering practices, and mentor senior engineers into broader ownership while staying hands-on on the riskiest work.

Qualifications

• Deep frontend architecture expertise.
• Experience leading Angular + TypeScript platforms.
• Proven track record building frontend platforms others depend on.
• Ability to set quality, performance, security, privacy, and accessibility standards.
• Experience reasoning about production systems beyond the browser.
• Ability to create technical leverage across teams.
• Experience working with AI-native engineering patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define frontend architecture strategy across products and platforms.
• Lead the design system as an engineering platform and guide adoption.
• Own frontend quality and production health as a design decision.
• Create APIs, tooling, guardrails, and documentation to speed teams.
• Set AI-native engineering practices for frontend teams.
• Raise the organization’s frontend maturity and cross-team alignment.
