Zusammenfassung

Horizon3 is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Core Front-End team. You will lead complex initiatives, define architectural direction, and mentor engineers to accelerate engineering effectiveness across the organization.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, Front-End, Back-End, Platform, and Security teams to build scalable, reusable UI patterns and improve performance, reliability, and usability of the NodeZero platform.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience building modern web applications at scale.
• Strong leadership in frontend architecture and cross-team collaboration.
• Mentoring engineers and raising engineering standards.
• Experience with React, TS, GraphQL and cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with design systems, shared component libraries, and monorepos.

Aufgaben

• Lead front-end architecture decisions across the Horizon3 platform.
• Design scalable UI systems and reusable patterns for multiple products.
• Mentor engineers, guide technical strategy, and improve development workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and back-end teams to shape UX at scale.
