Qualifications

• 8+ years of fraud prevention or risk analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL and Python for profiling, segmentation and aggregation on large datasets (Databricks/BigQuery preferred).
• Proven ability to find fraud patterns and justify policy recommendations with statistical analysis.
• Experience in identity, authentication, or account-lifecycle fraud and marketplace fraud.
• Hands-on experience applying AI/GenAI to fraud detection or analytics workflows.
• Experience with fraud KPIs (precision, recall, chargeback) and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-quarter initiatives to understand fraudulent behavior across Credit Karma perimeter and Marketplace, identify risk trends, and translate into policy and product recommendations.
• Own fraud and risk case for launches, experiments, and roadmap tradeoffs.
• Make fast, well-reasoned calls on high-risk cases and own outcomes through resolution and post-incident learning.
• Build intelligent, scalable controls with product, engineering, data science, and investigations.
• Define KPIs and build dashboards showing the impact of fraud policies and controls.
• Use AI/GenAI to speed up analysis and automate manual workflows.
• Mentor analysts and raise the team's technical and analytical bar.
