Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Staff Fraud Risk Analyst to champion data-driven fraud prevention across Credit Karma perimeter and Marketplace.

You will partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to deliver insights and scalable controls that balance fraud loss with user experience. You will lead complex analyses, define KPIs, and mentor analysts while applying AI/GenAI techniques to detect patterns and drive policy decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Advanced SQL and Python skills for profiling, segmentation, and aggregation on large datasets (BigQuery/Databricks preferred).
• Hands-on experience applying AI/GenAI to fraud detection or analytics workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-quarter initiatives to understand fraudulent behavior and translate data into policy and product recommendations.
• Own fraud and risk case for launches, experiments, and roadmap tradeoffs.
• Make fast, well-reasoned calls on high-risk cases and own outcomes through resolution.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, and investigations to build scalable controls.
• Identify gaps in metrics and data; define and track KPIs and build dashboards.
• Use AI/GenAI tools to speed up analysis and automate workflows.
• Document analyses for leadership and align cross-functional teams.
• Mentor analysts and raise the team's technical bar.
