True Anomaly, Inc. seeks a Staff Flight Software Engineer to span design through flight of spacecraft systems. You will work on autonomous spacecraft, mission software and flight computers in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

The role emphasizes integration of GNC algorithms with flight software, driver development, and ground/test collaboration. On-site near Denver, with strong growth and equity participation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or related field with 6+ years in firmware.
• Low-level device driver development and safety critical systems experience.
• Embedded RTOS experience (RTLinux, Azure RTOS).
• Familiarity with Ethernet, SPI, I2C, CAN, RS422/RS485 protocols.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in software design, development, integration and test for flight computers.
• Integrate complex GNC algorithms with flight software.
• Define and maintain Command Telemetry Database for ground and on-orbit test.
• Collaborate with the ground C2 software team.
• Assist with command scripting and sequencing of the spacecraft.
• Develop device drivers and protocol libraries for flight hardware.
