Job summary

You will work with hardware, system software, and validation teams to deliver production-quality firmware and secure, scalable rack-scale management capabilities. The role includes Power and Thermal Management firmware development, mentoring, and influencing long-term architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EE, CE, CS or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in embedded systems, firmware or low-level software.
• Hands-on SoC bring-up and hardware/software integration experience.
• Solid understanding of computer architecture, memory systems, interrupts, DMA and interconnects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Firmware and Low-Level System Software for cloud and data-center platforms (SoC, board, system).
• Support platform bring-up, board validation, and system integration with hardware teams.
• Design and develop Power Management firmware on target using various hardware and software components.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with hardware, firmware, and platform software teams.
• Influence long-term architecture decisions for Power, Rack management and Observability.
• Mentor engineers and set technical best practices.
• Support customer and production issues, including field debugging and issue resolution.
