Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr Staff Customer Engineer to lead ARM server firmware management across hyperscalers and OEMs. You will drive complex escalations, own cross-team debugging, and mentor customer engineering teams.

The role covers UEFI/BIOS, ARM Trusted Firmware, and BMC/Manageability, with emphasis on Redfish, PLDM, and secure firmware lifecycles. The candidate will lead architectural reviews, enablement collateral, and cross-functional war rooms to deliver durable fixes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering/CS with related work experience.
• 3+ years of experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Python.
• 3+ years of debugging techniques.

Responsibilities

• Owns complex escalations for boot blockers, firmware regressions, and host–BMC sync defects.
• Lead customer engagements on UEFI/BIOS, TF A, and Redfish/PLDM interfaces; drive reviews and documentation.
• Coordinate platform integration across UEFI/EDK2, ARM Trusted Firmware, BMC firmware, and PCIe/CXL initialization.
• Mentor engineers and scale customer engineering capabilities globally.
